1. Who is responsible

Finder LLC operates this website. Finder’s business jurisdiction and initial market are the United States; support for other countries is coming soon. For questions about your information, contact Findershopping@aol.com.

2. Visiting the website

This website has no accounts, analytics, advertising pixels, payment forms or third-party video or social embeds. Its search demonstrations use authored sample offers and run in your browser; they do not search live inventory.

Your browser requests pages and assets from the hosting server. The hosting service can receive your IP address, browser request details and access times to serve and protect the site. This notice does not promise a fixed deletion schedule for host logs.

3. Fonts and appearance preferences

The animated homepage uses local assets and system fonts. Supporting pages can request stylesheets from fonts.googleapis.com and font files from fonts.gstatic.com. Google receives network information associated with those requests, including your IP address and browser request details.

You can choose system fonts or clear saved appearance settings. When browser storage is available, the font choice prevents future Google Fonts requests. It cannot undo requests already made. Theme and font choices remain in your browser until you change them, clear site data or your browser removes them. They contain no email address or advertising identifier.

4. Email and the launch-interest list

“Join by email” opens your email app with an affirmative request for Finder launch updates and Founder availability emails. You must review and send the message yourself. Clicking the link does not automatically enroll you, and this site does not receive your email address through a signup form.

If you send a message to Findershopping@aol.com, Finder LLC receives your sender address, message and the information your email service includes, such as your name and message time. We use that information to respond and, when you ask, maintain a list of people interested in the launch and send related updates. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

5. Email services and other recipients

Finder uses the AOL mailbox Findershopping@aol.com for inbound email and correspondence. AOL and your own email provider process messages under their service practices. Your browser also connects to the site’s hosting service and, on supporting pages unless disabled, Google Fonts. These services may process information in the United States or other locations.

This website does not send registrations to a separate waitlist processor, and no automated email campaign is connected to it. Finder does not sell information from your launch-interest request or use it for advertising profiling.

6. Keeping your information

Finder keeps correspondence and launch-interest information as needed to respond, manage the requested updates and handle related requests. Mailbox copies and provider backups may remain subject to the email provider’s retention practices. There is no automatic deletion schedule or guaranteed deletion deadline configured by this website.

7. Opt out, correct or request deletion

Email Findershopping@aol.com to stop launch updates, correct your information, ask what information we hold or request deletion. Tell us the email address associated with your request. We may ask for enough information to confirm the request is yours. We may retain limited information where needed to honor an opt-out or meet applicable obligations; provider retention may also apply.

We will consider requests under the laws that apply to you. This notice does not limit any applicable privacy rights.

8. Age, changes and future products

The launch-interest list is intended for adults eighteen or over. Please do not send a child’s information. The planned app, camera tools and extension are not released and will have notices appropriate to their actual features before collecting information. We will update this page when the website’s practices change.
