The details
Terms of use
These terms cover Finder LLC’s informational website and sample demonstrations. The upcoming app will have its own final service and purchase terms.
This policy covers Finder LLC’s website. Finder is in development for the United States, with other countries coming soon. There are no accounts, live inventory or payments on this site.
1. Status, operator and eligibility
Finder LLC operates this website. Finder was founded by Javier, with United States jurisdiction and an initial United States market. Support for other countries is coming soon. This site is intended for adults eighteen and over. The app is in development, and there are no accounts or purchases available here. Contact: Findershopping@aol.com.
2. The planned service
Finder aims to aggregate authorized shopping information and compare estimated landed cost, arrival and seller evidence. It is intended as an information service. Retailers and sellers remain responsible for their own offers, stock, fulfillment, returns and transaction terms.
All app screens, offers, prices, scores and arrival windows labeled illustrative are design examples. Source names identify the example context only. No merchant affiliation, endorsement or operational integration is implied. Access depends on source permission, account state, location and technical availability.
3. Estimates and your decision
Prices and inventory can change. Shipping, tax, duty, arrival, matching and valuation may be uncertain or unavailable. Product resemblance does not establish identity, authenticity, condition or safety. Review the original listing, seller terms and applicable product restrictions before buying.
The product is not promised to be exhaustive or error-free. Research row counts are not performance claims. Any future valuation should distinguish actual sold evidence from asking prices and models. These limits do not remove obligations or remedies that applicable law makes mandatory.
4. The Alert and the extension
The planned Alert only notifies. It never buys, bids, submits offers, adds items to carts or spends money. Notifications may be delayed, duplicated or missed, and availability must be checked at the source. Auctions are not eligible for the planned premium Alert.
The extension is planned to read permitted listing information already visible in your own session with informed consent. Consent does not replace source permission. It will not be described as bypassing restrictions. Separately authorized seller tools require their own permissions and verified action status.
5. Ranking and affiliate relationships
The core commitment is a common eligible result set and commission-independent default order for the same query and search context. Payout fields are intended to be excluded from the ranker. Paid adjustable weights and supplier access remain under entitlement review and must be resolved before sale.
Finder may later earn a commission from qualifying purchases through disclosed affiliate links. Those relationships must be identified near relevant links and cannot be presented as already approved. No affiliate purchase links operate in this preview.
6. Content and acceptable use
The site’s original design, text and illustrations belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party names are used descriptively. Google Fonts are licensed by their authors under their applicable licenses. No rights to merchant photographs or brand logos are granted.
You may read and share links to the site. Do not misuse the contact channel, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, harvest personal data or use the service for unlawful transactions. Future seller tools must require rights to uploaded images and content, and an appropriately scoped content license.
7. Future paid plans and Founder
Planned prices are Free $0, Finder $2.99/month, Flipper $19.99/month and Founder $499 once, in USD. Founder is limited to 150 seats and closes permanently at the agreed launch event. No checkout, paid reservation or subscription is offered by this preview.
Before payment, the operator must publish taxes, renewal/cancellation rules, delivery timing, final feature entitlements, source limitations and the meaning and limits of the planned “everything, forever” offer. The Founder plan preserves a proposed 180 days of written notice for service end or material change, portable export during that period and entitlement transfer upon assignment. These obligations and fair-use terms need final review.
See the refund policy for the planned seven-day full-refund promise and mandatory rights. Joining a waitlist does not start a paid contract.
8. Liability, disputes and changes
Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain intact. Finder LLC operates in the United States. No paid contract is offered by this website; applicable service and purchase terms will be provided before paid access becomes available.
We may update this website and these terms as Finder develops. Future app, purchase and extension terms will be presented before those products become available. For questions or concerns, contact Findershopping@aol.com.
