The details
Refund policy
A planned seven-day full-refund promise, with statutory rights preserved. No payments are being accepted.
This policy covers Finder LLC’s website. Finder is in development for the United States, with other countries coming soon. There are no accounts, live inventory or payments on this site.
1. Current payment status
This preview has no checkout and takes no payments. Joining the waitlist does not charge you, reserve a paid seat or start a refund period. Finder LLC will publish the payment provider and final paid terms before any sale.
2. The planned contractual promise
The planned contractual promise is a no-questions, full refund within seven days of the initial purchase on every paid tier, including Finder, Flipper and the $499 one-time Founder offer. There are no processing-fee deductions or prorating for a qualifying full refund.
This contractual window starts once, permits one use per customer and does not restart on renewal, upgrade or resubscription. The exact deadline will be shown as a date and time, with its timezone, on the receipt, in the confirmation email and on the billing screen. Any presale must disclose delivery and the applicable start date before payment; its relationship to launch still requires final review.
These contractual limits do not restrict statutory cancellation, refund or other mandatory remedies, including rights arising after the seven-day period.
3. Statutory rights come first
The seven-day promise is an additional contractual benefit. It does not replace, shorten or waive rights under applicable consumer law, including remedies for non-supply, defective service or misleading statements.
Finder’s initial market is the United States. Support for other countries is coming soon. This page does not ask you to waive any applicable mandatory cancellation or refund rights.
4. How a future request will work
The planned in-app refund request is one tap during the contractual window, without a support ticket, explanation or retention gauntlet. A working support route will be a fallback for access problems and requests under statutory rights; it will not replace the one-tap route or make an eligible contractual refund harder to claim. These controls have not been implemented in this preview.
Where support is needed, identify the purchase with the account email and receipt reference, never full card details. An eligible refund should return the full amount to the original payment method through the actual processor, subject to legally required alternatives. Approval, processor initiation and completed refund will be distinguished. Bank posting times vary; the configured processor’s actual information must be supplied before sale.
A completed refund is intended to end paid access immediately and return the account to its eligible free access. Account data will remain under the disclosed normal retention schedule after refund or downgrade, so returning does not require starting over, unless you request deletion or that schedule requires removal. Self-service deletion remains planned. Final retention rules and legal exceptions must be published before accounts open.
5. Cancellation and Founder availability
Monthly cancellation is intended to stop future renewals, with the effective date shown in the account and checkout terms. It is separate from a refund request. Billing restoration or refunds through an app store will require the applicable store process without reducing rights against the trader where they apply.
Founder enrollment is capped at 150 and closes permanently at the agreed launch event. Refunds must not be described as automatically reopening a closed Founder sale. Exact seat handling before closure and the closure event must be finalized before selling.
